Double-Tab Locking Washer — Product Introduction
The double-tab locking washer, manufactured in accordance with the GB/T 855—1988 standard, consists of a washer body, an inner tab, and two outer tabs (ears). During use, the inner tab is inserted into the shaft keyway, and the two outer tabs are bent separately to lock against two opposing flank faces of the round nut or fixed positions of adjacent components, forming a more robust mechanical lock that effectively prevents the nut from loosening under vibration and impact. The product features a symmetrical structure for easy installation and is particularly suitable for applications requiring enhanced anti-loosening reliability.

II. Product Advantages
