For this Singapore shipment, the first question was whether the parts could be trusted in assembly
A Singapore company connected with intelligent robotics ordered combination screws from Wohe Fastener. The order was worth more than RMB 400,000. The customer name, robot model and specific project remain private, but the purchasing concerns were practical: would the specifications match, would the quality remain stable and would the goods reach the site clearly and intact after export transport?
Before the formal order, Wohe also sent a small sample shipment by international express because the quantity was limited. The sample stage was handled separately from the production, packing and export delivery of the full order.
That meant the order could not start and end with a quotation. Wohe reviewed the customer’s list and matching requirements first, kept the quality requirements in the production follow-up and then planned the packing and delivery around the same order.
Packing was not something we left until the last minute
Once combination screws reach an overseas buyer, they need to be easy to identify, count and use as well as suitable for assembly. Ordinary bulk packing can allow mixed items, contact between parts or small components to scatter during handling, transfers and loading.
Wohe already has a blister packing line. For this order, packing was included from the start instead of being added as a last-minute dispatch task. The existing line provided clearer separation inside the shipment without turning packing into a separate item the customer had to source and buy elsewhere.
Quality confirmation and transport protection stayed in the same delivery plan
During production, the team continued tracking the specifications and quality requirements confirmed with the customer. Before dispatch, the products, quantities and packing marks were reviewed again. We do not describe blister packing as a way to remove every transport risk, but it can reduce foreseeable mixing, impact and scattering and make the goods easier to check after arrival.
For the buyer, the value was not simply an extra layer of material. It was having product confirmation, quality follow-up and export delivery connected by the same supplier. With fasteners used in robotics and machinery assembly, a smooth delivery is often decided by these small details.
The customer’s approval came from those details
After export, the customer reported overall satisfaction and specifically recognized the blister packing. No negative issue was raised about product quality or packing delivery.
