The customer needed fasteners that could go into a machine with confidence
In July 2026, a Singapore buyer in the machinery-related sector sent Wohe Fastener a fastener purchasing list. The order totaled RMB 242,000 across 78 line items, including Grade 8.8 full-thread studs and Class 150 PTFE gaskets. The buyer was focused on more than quantity: hardness consistency, accurate specifications and a dependable arrival plan.
The customer name and equipment project are kept private. This is the story of how the order moved from a detailed list to an export shipment.
Step one: turn a mixed list into clear production requirements
This was not a single-size replenishment order. The full-thread studs included common sizes such as 14×65, 16×85 and 20×110 as well as long-stud sizes from 12×1000 to 33×1000. The PTFE gasket sizes ranged from 15 to 700. We first organized the list by product family, size, quantity and material before production was scheduled.
The stud material was recorded as 35CrMoA in the order information. The gasket requirements included Class 150, virgin/new PTFE, temperature above 200°C, minimum 3 mm thickness and HG/T 20627-2009. Pulling these requirements forward gave production and inspection a shared reference and reduced the risk of mixing similar items.
Step two: follow the hardness requirement through production
The buyer set a strict expectation for stud hardness and quality consistency. Wohe Fastener did not leave quality control to one final check. Material, dimensions, thread condition and key order requirements were followed during production and then reviewed against the line items before dispatch.
In a 78-line mixed order, the difficult points are often small: a similar size, a split quantity or an unclear package mark. Line-by-line tracking, inspection checks and a final packing review kept the products, quantities and order information connected.
Step three: make packing and logistics serve the delivery
Long studs and PTFE gaskets in multiple sizes cannot simply be packed in the same way. The team arranged product separation, bag-and-carton packing and stable outer cartons so the buyer could handle, count and use the goods more easily after arrival.
The logistics choice also required comparison. Several options were reviewed together with cargo volume, packing requirements, price and lead time. The selected arrangement was chosen for the needs of this Singapore shipment rather than on price alone.

Result: the shipment was completed, and the next requirement is being discussed
The shipment was exported last month. Feedback received this month has not included a negative issue with quality or delivery. The buyer has mentioned that another batch may be needed in November. That requirement is still under discussion and is not a confirmed order.
For Wohe Fastener, the result was more than moving RMB 242,000 of goods. It was the connection of specification review, production tracking, packing and international logistics into a delivery process the buyer could rely on.
