Lifting Eye Bolt — Product Introduction
A lifting eye bolt is a lifting fastener with a ring-shaped head and a threaded shank. During use, the threaded shank is screwed into a threaded hole on equipment or a structural component, and the ring part can accommodate wire ropes, shackles or hooks for equipment lifting, handling, installation and fixing lifting points. It is widely used in machinery manufacturing, port and shipbuilding, power and petrochemical, metallurgy and mining, construction and bridges, and general industrial logistics.
1. Product Features
• Integrally forged structure: The ring and shank are integrally die-forged, with no welds or weak split connections. The forging is heat-treated, with fine grains and reliable strength.
• Various material options: Commonly made of carbon steel and stainless steel. Carbon steel can be zinc plated, blackened, Dacromet coated, etc.; stainless steel is corrosion-resistant and suitable for outdoor, humid and chemical environments.
• Clear load capacity: The product specifies axial load, transverse load and safe working load according to relevant standards, providing a quantitative basis for selection and use.
• Wide temperature range: It can be used within the range of -20°C to +200°C, with stable load-bearing performance.
• Easy installation: It can be directly screwed into a threaded hole to form a lifting point, without additional fixing structures, suitable for permanent lifting points or temporary lifting.
• Wide range of specifications: From small electromechanical equipment to heavy port machinery, specifications with corresponding load capacities are available.
2. Product Advantages
• Safe and reliable: Integral forging avoids welding defects; the connection between the ring body and shank is strong, suitable for lifting operations.
• Flexible selection: The carbon steel version is economical and practical; the stainless steel version is corrosion-resistant. They can be selected according to environment and load requirements.
• Strong versatility: As a standardized lifting accessory, it has uniform dimensions and good interchangeability, facilitating equipment maintenance and spare parts management.
• Efficient installation: It can be used simply by screwing in, suitable for rapid lifting during equipment installation, maintenance and logistics handling.
• Adaptable to complex environments: Stainless steel material can adapt to humid, outdoor and mildly corrosive environments, with a long service life.
3. Scope of Application
• Machinery manufacturing and equipment installation: Lifting, handling and installation positioning of machine tools, motors, reducers, pumps and valves, and other electromechanical products.
• Ports and ships: Frequent lifting operations for port handling equipment, marine machinery, container spreaders, etc.
• Power and petrochemical: Lifting of transformers, switchgear, large power components, and maintenance lifting of heavy equipment in petrochemical plants.
• Metallurgy and mining: Installation and maintenance lifting of heavy equipment such as rolling mills, crushers and mining machinery.
• Construction and bridges: Lifting operations for steel structural components, bridge segments, curtain wall units, etc.
• General industry and logistics: Large cargo lashing, lifting of goods in warehousing and logistics, mold handling, etc.
