STAINLESS STEEL SADDLE WASHER — PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The stainless steel saddle washer is a locking washer with a saddle-shaped wave/curved cross-section, manufactured from high-quality stainless steel (A2/A4). During assembly, it is placed between the nut and the connected part; by tightening the nut the washer is flattened, and the elastic deformation of the material itself generates a continuous axial reaction force, effectively compensating for the relaxation and settlement of the threaded pair. It is an essential component for preventing loosening in mechanical assemblies.
