Product Introduction
The hexagon head bolt is a versatile mechanical fastener consisting of a hexagonal head and a threaded shank. Designed for use with a mating hexagonal nut, it secures two or more components with through-holes into a unified assembly. The hexagonal head profile accommodates standard wrenches or socket tools for efficient torque application during installation and removal. Thread sizes span M1.6 to M64, with two product tolerance grades:
- Grade A (Precision Class): Tighter dimensional tolerances on head width, head height, and thread pitch—suitable for precision-machined assemblies and automated installation where d ≤ 24 mm and shorter lengths.
- Grade B (Commercial Class): Standard tolerances for general-purpose structural and mechanical use.
