Product Introduction — T-Slot Nut
The T-slot nut (T-groove nut) is a specialized fastener produced according to the JIS B 1167-1987 standard, shaped like a “T” and designed specifically for use with T-shaped slots. The nut material is typically high-quality medium-carbon steel S45C, which after heat treatment offers high strength and wear resistance. During installation, the T-slot nut is slid in from the slot end or rotated into the groove, and then combined with a bolt for quick connection and position adjustment. It is widely used in machine tools, aluminum profile frames, and various jigs and fixtures.
