Product Introduction — Square Weld Nut
The square weld nut (GB/T 13680-1992) is a nut with a square base specifically designed for welding fixation. Its shape is square, and the bottom surface is typically designed with projection studs or protrusions, firmly welded to the surface of metal sheets or workpieces through projection welding, thereby forming a reliable threaded connection base on thin walls. The product is generally made of low-carbon structural steel (such as Q235-A, 08, 10, 15 steel, etc.), with excellent weldability and mechanical properties, and is widely used in various metal structural components requiring internal thread connections.
One Product Features
Standard square structure: The regular square shape facilitates positioning and installation, and prevents rolling during welding.
Bottom projection stud design: Protrusions or studs are provided at the four corners or around the bottom surface, which helps concentrate current, ensures weld quality, and improves welding strength.
