HIGH-STRENGTH HEXAGON NUT FOR STEEL STRUCTURE — PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The high-strength hexagon nut for steel structures is a core component of steel structure bolt connection pairs. It is designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB/T 1229, and must be used in conjunction with GB/T 1228 high-strength hexagon head bolts and GB/T 1230 high-strength washers. The technical conditions comply with the provisions of GB/T 1231. The performance grades of the nut are divided into 10H grade (matched with 10.9S bolts) and 8H grade (matched with 8.8S bolts), with specifications typically ranging from M12 to M30 and above. LARGE HEXAGON HEAD SHAPE DESIGN: The wrenching flats and corner-to-corner dimensions are larger than those of ordinary hexagon nuts, increasing the wrench gripping area and torque transmission efficiency.
