Hebei Wohe Fastener Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in 2024, located in Yongnian District, Handan, Hebei, known as the "Fastener Capital of China". The birth of Wohe stemmed from the in – depth experience and accumulation of the core team in the fastener industry. The legal representative, Shan Zhengxin, with his profound understanding of the industry and resource – integration ability, led the establishment of Wohe's operation framework, along with Shan Yinxi. Shan Zhengxin's industrial vision from being associated with 3 other enterprises brought mature supply – chain and production – cooperation experience to Wohe. This enabled the small – scale enterprise with a registered capital of 3 million yuan to quickly enter the fastener manufacturing and sales track without a long exploration period.

From the very beginning, Wohe set the long – term goal of "creating products and building a brand". Just one month after its establishment in November 2024, it initiated the application for the "Wohe Fasteners" trademark. After a proper application process, the trademark was officially registered in July 2025, providing solid legal protection for the brand. Meanwhile, the company also set up a website, showing its intention to develop both offline manufacturing and online business.
