Pack Types & Features
1. Assorted Kits (单包混装)
Structure: A single plastic pack contains a pre-defined mix of screws in different sizes and types, such as machine screws, self-tapping screws, and washers.
Technical Advantages:
All-in-One Supply: Multiple specifications in one pack reduce procurement and storage complexity.
Accurate Ratio: Pre-mixed according to common assembly needs; customizable proportions available.
Clear Visibility: Transparent front display with detailed content list on back, including specs (e.g., M4×10), grade (Class 8.8), and material (e.g., Stainless Steel A2-70).
Typical Applications: On-site equipment maintenance (MRO), household toolkits, emergency kits for light assembly lines.
2. Strip-Packed / Multi-Pack Strips (连包)
Structure: Multiple individual small packs connected by easy-tear perforations into a strip. Each small pack contains a fixed quantity of identical screws (e.g., 20 pieces per pack).
Technical Advantages:
Controlled Dispensing: Easily tear off a single pack along perforations, preventing full exposure after opening and reducing moisture or spillage risk.
Efficient Distribution: Facilitates issuing or feeding by the “pack” unit, suitable for workstation supply on assembly lines.
Space-Saving: Strip design allows compact storage and display, optimizing warehouse and shelf space.
Typical Applications: Electronics assembly, automotive parts sub-assembly, workstation feeding in batch manufacturing.

Material: Polyethylene (PE) film thickness 0.08–0.12mm, or anti-static PP; optional aluminum composite film for enhanced barrier properties.
Sealing Process: Heat-sealed edges with seal width ≥5mm, tested per ASTM F88 for seal strength.
